Google Ping: Once you have uploaded your post, you can tell Google to ping your blog. This way, Google will know about your blog and index it. In theory, you will need to do that once for a new blog. You may want to check if Google does come visit your blog.
Ping-O-Matic!, Pingoat, Pingler: Everytime you update your blog, you will need to ping it. They will use the RSS feed.
YouTube: You write a post but you want to add a funny video, something related to the subject or even your own video. You will need to copy the Embed code(if available) in the post.
Paste Video: When you click this button(registered version only), MSB will extract the embed code and paste it in the current location in the current post.
